Our unique-to-October cinnamon roll flavor. Fresh-cut honeycrisp apples, toasted cashews, and warm spices swirled in our fluffy roll, iced with a brown butter apple cider cream cheese icing, smothered with homemade salted caramel, and finally topped with more toasted cashews.
We based this roll off of Apple Halwa - a warm apple and nut pudding spiced with cardamom and friends. We added the other flavors to make it more "Babu's"!

The BEST Carrot Cake! We use a whole buncha freshly grated carrots, add our nut mixture (pistachios, cashews, and almonds), and golden raisins in our soft cake, and ice it all with a cardamom cream cheese buttercream.

Our Masala Chai is made with black Assam tea and our blend of spices including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and a lot of dried ginger. Brew as you do your fave loose-leaf tea or follow our included brewing instructions for a more authentic Indian chai.
We modeled our blend after Babu's grandmother's chai. She makes it special for us every morning when we are visiting Mumbai.

Not really a specific Indian treat; we just LOVE this combo, and rose is a common sweets flavor.

Candy Corn deserves some love on our autumn menu!

It only took us eleventy billion tries to perfect this! A true Indian treat - BURFI. Small-batch made with creamy milk, ghee, sugar, and topped with toasted pistachios and crushed roses. Consistency of fudge, but all milk, COOL!
